Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H., currently is the medical director at Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Center for Addiction Recovery. He is dually board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry. He specializes in treating addictive illnesses, psychiatric illness that co-occurs with addiction and psychiatric illness co-occurring with complex medical problems. Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, Dr. Perdue graduated from OU College of Medicine in 2004, then completed his residency training in psychiatry at Duke University, where he also served as chief resident. Since returning to Oklahoma City in 2008, he has been active in clinical practice. He has served in leadership roles for health systems and medical societies, as well as an instructor of medical students and residents.
Travis Ernst, LMFT, LADC, is the Director of Clinical Services for Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS. Travis comes to us with vast experience in behavioral health. He is dually licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). He earned a Master of Science in Human Development & Family Sciences with a Marriage and Family Therapy Specialization from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is trained in Advanced Motivational Interviewing, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, and Problem Gambling.
Jalynn Kirby, BSN, RN, is the Nurse Manager for Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS. Jalynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and a second Bachelor of Science in Psychology also from the University of Oklahoma. She has 12 years of experience as a critical care Registered Nurse in the fast-paced environment of the ICU at the VA Medical Center, where she has served as a charge nurse. Jalynn also has critical care experience at Oklahoma Spine Hospital.
Courtney is Arcadia Trail's Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager. Her focus is admissions, and her duties include follow-up telephone calls, pre-admission screenings, and conducting admissions. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is finishing a Master of Arts in Leadership. Courtney has over ten years of experience working in the addiction field. Before joining Arcadia Trails, she served as Oklahoma County Drug and DUI Court Case Manager. She is passionate about assisting patients with a smooth transition into residential and outpatient treatment.
